IT Help Desk - Spiceworks

In an effort to centralize requests for IT service, and monitor IT service, the Town will now be using an IT Help Desk to submit requests for IT service. Spiceworks will be the software used to input IT problems and track the progress of those requests. If you need assistance with an IT related issue, then the process will be as follows:

Log in at: http://192.168.1.252:9725/portal

Username: townofaberdeen\*user-name-here*

Password: Windows password

Enter your IT request.

A member of the IT Committee will respond to your IT request within 2 hours. There is another option for submitting help desk tickets. You can e-mail your request to admin@townofaberdeen.net to get assistance as well. This is the required method for obtaining IT assistance going forward.
